Seriously, though. I love facilitating healing in the body and am an ever-avid learner in gentle manners and forms of alternative healing. An individual has over 600 muscles in the body that are used and at times abused. Just as a car needs tune-ups so do the muscles and soft tissues of the body if you want your body to function properly for as long as possible. Massage isn't the only way to keep muscles and soft tissues in a healthy state but - "Massage is the answer…who cares what the question is!"

I went into massage school in 2007 and have done some form of massage almost every day since.  My passion is in medical massage which I have used in a variety of settings including medical massage clinics, chiropractor offices, as well as in home with family and friends, and other massage locations.

I have yet to work on someone to whom I could not give enough pressure, have given massages of the lightest strokes for nerve health and stimulation, and favor percussion, rocking, and jostling techniques. The body works together in amazingly intricate ways. As I've continued to work with bodies I have found them to be the best teachers.  

Always a student, I continue to pick up techniques that enrich the function of my massages and/or massage styles that enhance options so that the tools I have are abundant and the options for you are plentiful.

As a mother of three I work on a part-time basis for the love of it.
